Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10
This is a verse that is recalled when times are difficult. And rightly so. We need help and we look to the one who has saved us to do it again. Strength, help, support… they are the promise that we look for when we are struggling. Yet when things are good, we may not recall - He is the one who provided us strength, help, support to be where we are in that “good place”.
This week cast your cares on Him for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7) but also rejoice and don’t be surprised (dismayed) when you are blessed - for He gives strength, help, and upholds you.
